At DK Billiards, we offer our customers a variety of pool table sizes, including the standard or full-size pool table measuring 44 x 88 inches. This size is commonly referred to as a 4 x 8 and is perfect for household use. We also have the popular bar-sized pool table, with a playing field of 39 x 78 inches, making it a great option for a Sports Bar near Downtown Charleston SC. This size is commonly known as a seven-foot meter or one and a half meters by seven feet.
The flat surface area between the side and end rails that are covered by a billiard fabric is what we refer to when discussing sizes. The next largest table is called the Pro eight-foot or oversized eight-foot table and isn't very common for home use. The pro 8′ has a playing field that measures 46 x 92 inches. The largest and least common pool table is the four-and-a-half foot by nine-foot pool table, commonly referred to as the regulation or tournament size.
The nine-foot playing field measures 50 x 100 inches. These four pool tables in different sizes are available for order at our Orange County pool table store. However, we normally only have the seven- and eight-foot ones in stock due to their popularity.
